Ten White Street's Policies

Policies

    • There is a two person maximum for main level, and six person maximum for entire house.
    • There is a two night minimum stay on most weekends, and a three night minimum stay on some holiday and special event week-ends.
    • Smoking is limited to outside porches and patios.
    • Check-in time is 4 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m.
    • Sorry, no pets.

    Reservations and Cancellations

    • Reservations are taken over the phone (479) 981-3732 or in person. You can e-mail beourguest@tenwhitestreet.com if you have questions.
    • 50% deposit is required on extended stays with balance due upon arrival. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and cash (no checks please)
    • No refunds for early departures.
    • 30 day cancellation notice required for refund
    • Total amount of stay will be charged and is non-refundable if cancellation is received less than 30 days before intended arrival date.
    • Discount on extended stays.
